I'm Natasha Taylor, the founder and driving force behind the vibrant MESS Agency brand. With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, my journey began in the humblest of roles—as a pot washer and kitchen support. From those early days, I quickly moved to the front of house, eventually finding my passion in venue events sales and marketing, including wedding planning and coordination.

During my university years, I pursued a BA in Events Management, which allowed me to dive deeper into the world of events. I balanced my studies with hands-on experience, working as a nightclub supervisor. This role gave me a unique perspective, being on the other side of the bar and fully embracing the buzzing nightclub vibes.

After graduating, I stepped into the role of a wedding coordinator, where I honed my skills in creating unforgettable moments for couples. Always eager to stay ahead, I decided to pursue an MBA. Balancing my studies and work during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020-2021 was no small feat, but it was a period of immense growth and learning.

In 2021, while on furlough, I embraced a new opportunity as a Sales and Marketing Manager for an independent property developer in Malvern. This role broadened my expertise and prepared me for the post-pandemic rush in weddings and events. As restrictions lifted, I was there to support wedding couples and event planners, helping them navigate the new normal and achieve even greater success.

By 2023, I felt the itch for a new challenge and ventured into marketing within the insurance investigations industry. This experience enriched my understanding of diverse markets and sharpened my strategic skills.

All these experiences culminated in the founding of MESS Agency in January 2024. Here, my diverse background in hospitality, event management, marketing, and sales converges to create a unique and innovative approach to event planning and coordination. I'm excited to bring my passion, expertise, and dedication to every project we undertake at MESS Agency, ensuring that each event or marketing strategy is a masterpiece.
